Q. I can't login

Q. The audio previews won't play
A. You need the Flash plugin in order to play the audio sample. Get the flash player here
If you have the Flash plugin but you find that the audio will not play, try clicking the play icon twice. Microsoft requires that the Flash button should be "activated" before it plays.
Q. I have the flash player but the prewviews still won't play
A. You probably need to click the PLAY icon twice. Microsoft requires you to click firstly to "activate" the button and then again to use it.
Q. How do I purchase music?
A. Anyone can search for and preview our music but must you must set up an account in order to purchase files. There is a shopping cart on the right of the screen at all times so that you can see exactly what it costs. At the checkout you will be prompted to choose a licence type (which may alter the cost according to the licence) and then taken through to the Paypal payment system.
Q. How can I pay?
A. Payment is currently only through Paypal payment system which is quick and simple and you don't even need a Paypal account.
Q. How do I receive my files after purchase?
A.After you have completed a successful transaction you will be taken back to the "My Account" area of our site where you will have immediate access to all of your purchased music (in WAV and MP3 formats). Your purchased tracks are kept here in case you need to download them at any time in the future or simply to review them.
Q. I've paid but where are my tracks?
A If you've completed the payment process you should have been brought back into our site.
Your tracks will be waiting for you in your "downloads" section of your account area. You do not need to wait for an eamil confirmation. If for any reason this does not happen please contact us and we can manually put the files into your account if we have the payment details.
